We will contact you and let you know the items that are available, you will have to decide whether to purchase the available item and leave the un-available items or cancel all orders. ITEMS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND YOU WANT TO PRE-ORDER
We accept pre-ordering for stocks that we ran out of at the time of order, a 50% payment is requested, to avail, please re-order using the online sales form, we will post the arrival of the item(s) via our Facebook Page.HOW DO I PAY?
To process your final order, our team will send you a total bill, once you paid, please send us a proof of payment

Once payment had been received, we will send you a notification on what day and time (ONLY AM/PM) you could pick up your order. If the slot is not convenient, please reply to us with your preferred date and time, we will re-schedule. If you are running late for a pick-up, please advise us, you may have to queue when you missed your pick-up window, however, we will still accommodate you. Please note that our operations ceased at 4 PM. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST TO PLAN AHEAD TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT COLLECT ON THE DAY / TIME OF SCHEDULE?
Unfortunately, inasmuch as we wanted to keep your order, with the number of clients and orders we are dealing with, WE COULD ONLY KEEP YOUR ORDER within TWO WORKING DAYS. Beyond that, we will have to return the items on the shelves which will result in a considerable DELAY on your part.
Due to pandemic, the supplies of our food packaging supplies were affected and we suggest to buy what items are available in order not to wait for long.
Once payment had been received, we will send you a notification on what day and time you could pick up your order.

You will be receiving notifications via e-mail or calendar, you don’t have to do anything, that only flag us and inform you
that we are working on your order.
WE COULD ONLY HOLD YOUR ORDERS TWO DAYS AFTER YOU HAD BEEN NOTIFIED as there is no enough space to hold all the items for dispatch.

We want to do business with you and extra orders will bring us more profit, however, when there are additional orders during the time of collections,
it will lessen our productivity and creates a chain reaction which means, people behind on queue will have to wait longer, that affects our
operations and customer experience. Any additional orders MUST be done before the collection time ONLY.
